Information on the site

The information on this site is general and is provided in good faith. Examples of websites, features and outcomes are illustrative. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of search engine rankings, AI search results or business results. A website gives you a proper chance of being found; nobody can promise where you will appear.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling, and the price you are quoted is the total you pay. The free demo is free. You only pay if you decide to go ahead with your website, and the price and what it includes are agreed with you before any payment. Any extras are priced and agreed with you in writing before the work starts. Your web address is registered in your name and its renewal is paid by you.

Content and ownership

The design of this site, its text and its logo belong to me. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Photographs, reviews and stories of real people or businesses that appear on this site are shown with their permission and remain theirs. If you see something of yours that you would like changed or removed, contact me and I will act on it promptly.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites, for example booking platforms or sources of statistics. I am not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. How this site handles your information is set out in the privacy policy.

Liability

I take care to keep the site accurate and working, but I cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Accessibility

I want everyone to be able to use this site. The accessibility statement sets out the standard aimed for, what has been done and how to report a problem.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
